This Eutectic Blue Plate is a cold accumulator, ideal for temperature control of sensitive products in the food and healthcare sectors. It functions as a cold diffuser for temperature preservation during transportation or storage in containers and fridges.
Available in GN size and blue colour. Made from high quality and food contact safe polyethylene. The plates allow to keep the foods in desired temperatures for up to 3 hours according to UNI EN 12571 standards.
Before use, please position the plate on a horizontal surface in the freezer overnight or for at least 8 hours at -18°C. For optimum performance, please ensure that the liquid inside the plate is completely solid. The high performance liquids in the eutectic plates allow for long cold recovery over time.
CARE & MAINTANCE – Use a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent for
cleaning. Do not clean with abrasive materials or solvents. Dishwasher safe once it has reached room temperature.
WARNINGS!
Once frozen, COLD PLATE GN 1/1 eutectic plates are sensitive to thermal shock; handle with care. Never remove the cap at this stage!
We also offer frozen eutectic plates for use with temperatures down to -21°C (Product Code: 863WHI) as well as a hot eutectic plates for use with temperatures up to +65°C.
The plates are reusable and the outer HDPE casing is 100% recyclable.
