Why is your tableware more environmentally friendly than others?

Our tableware, as well as the packaging, is reusable and 100% recyclable.

All our products are manufactured in the UK and EU, lowering our carbon footprint.

We also offer a free recycling service to help you sustainably dispose of your Harfield tableware you no longer need.

 

Is Harfield Tableware dishwasher, microwave and oven safe?

Our polycarbonate tableware is dishwasher safe subject to the usage of correct detergents and rinse aids. Copolyester tableware is dishwasher safe. The polypropylene trays are not suitable for washing in the dishwasher.  The maximum temperature of the dishwasher should be 85C. If you are using a domestic dishwasher then we recommend Fairy Dishwasher Tablets

All Harfield tableware is microwave safe for reheating. Please avoid fatty foods when microwaving as the fat can get super hot in a microwave and could cause the tableware to “pit”.

Our hi heat polycarbonate and polypropylene range is oven safe to 140C and our oven to tableware range is safe to 220C. Please do not apply direct heat to any of our products.

What’s the lifespan of your products? Do you offer warranty on your products?

Our products are designed to be long lasting and can have a lifespan of many years if looked after according to our care & maintenance guidance.

We offer a 12-month warranty on the majority of our products subject to fair use.

 

Do you offer discounts on large volume quantities?

We may be able to offer more competitive pricing on large volume orders.

Do you ship to other countries outside of UK?

We currently do not ship directly to countries outside of the UK.

Our friendly sales team is available to provide any advice you may need on our products.

 

Can I apply to pay by invoice? If so, how?

Yes, we offer an option to pay on 30-day invoice.

I am looking for a custom product/colour/pattern. Do you offer this type of service?

Yes, we offer bespoke colours, patterns as well as a branding service for our customers.

We can also develop new products tailored to your needs. These are subject to MOQ – Please contact us for further details.

 

Is your tableware safe for children?

Harfield tableware is lightweight, non-porous and virtually unbreakable – it will not chip, shatter or splinter.

All our products meet current regulations for food contact safe material and are ideal for use by all ages.

Can I recycle Harfield tableware? Do you offer this type of service?

Yes, Harfield tableware is 100% recyclable. We also offer a free recycling service to help you meet your sustainability goals.

Do you offer next day and Saturday deliveries?

We aim to deliver all orders, placed before 2pm, the next working day.  Please note, this is not a guaranteed service.

Prices for Saturday delivery are dependent on the weight of the parcel as well as delivery cut off time. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

 

I’m not ready yet to place my order. Will my items stay in the basket when I log back into my account later?

Yes, all added items will stay in your basket ready for purchase.

 

What are your opening hours? What is the best way to contact you?

We are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

We aim to answer all e-mail enquiries within 2 hours during opening times, but if you require urgent help, please call us on 0161 477 5678.

 

Do you offer a catalogue? How can I request one to be sent out to me?

Yes, you can request a hard copy of the Harfield catalogue by e-mailing us here.

Is there a minimum order quantity on your products?

All our stock lines have no MOQs so you can buy the right quantities that you need, saving money and storage space.

Non-stock lines and bespoke products are subject to MOQs, which vary depending on the product.

 

I would like to personalise my product with my logo/marketing message. Do you offer a branding service?

Yes, we offer a bespoke branding service. You can customize a great range of our products with your logo or message.

Will your clear products go ‘cloudy’ after washing them?

In hard water areas our clear products may go ‘cloudy’, but this is a build-up of calcium and other minerals that can be cleaned off with Milton sterilising fluid and a soft cloth. Avoid using scrubbing agents and only use a soft sponge or cloth to handwash the products.

 

Can you put Harfield products in the freezer?

Yes, Harfield products are suitable for use in freezers (minimum temp. -30°C).

 

Is there a free carriage threshold?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders of £180.00 or more (including VAT).

 

Can I check my previous Harfield orders with?

Yes, if you are a registered customer, all your previous orders are saved in your account to view for future reference.

To view your order history, please log in to your account. If you are not a registered customer or have placed an order via guest checkout, please contact us as we’ll be able to advise you on previously purchased products.
