DELIVERY
We strive to keep all of the items featured on this website in stock. Most UK Mainland deliveries are delivered next business day as standard (on orders placed before 2pm). Orders requiring palletised delivery or booking in etc may take longer – up to three days. Non-UK Mainland delivery will take a few days longer dependent on location and method of despatch and we are unable to guarantee delivery times or dates.
UK Mainland Delivery is £4.95 excluding VAT for orders up to £20.00 and £6.95 excluding VAT for orders over £20.00 (online orders only). Receive free delivery for all UK Mainland orders placed on the website over £199.99. Delivery charges and prices may vary for orders placed by phone or by email.
UK Non-Mainland and International Delivery charges may vary and the fee will be applied at checkout based on your chosen delivery location.

RETURNS
You may return, at your own expense, any unused item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
To return any item, please contact our sales office on 0161 477 5678 to advise them of the return. When you send the merchandise back, please include the delivery note. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.
Please note, for your peace of mind, Harfield recommend use of a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
