Manufactured in France by Gilac, the container is made from BPA and melamine free HDPE plastic that is suitable for food contact and compliant with relevant food safety requirements. The strong yet flexible material is break resistant and shock resistant, making it ideal for intensive everyday use.

The carefully designed interior helps make handling dough easier while simplifying cleaning. Rounded corners and a rounded base minimise areas where food residue can collect, while the vertical sides have no internal edges, helping to prevent unwanted marks on the dough.
A completely flat bottom maximises the usable surface area and helps dough detach cleanly, reducing dough loss and food deposits inside the container.
With a generous 23 litre capacity, this dough container is ideal for commercial dough preparation, including pizza dough, bread dough and other bakery products.
Stackable & Space-Saving
The containers can be stacked with or without the compatible lid, helping to maximise storage space in busy professional kitchens, bakeries and pizzerias.

Temperature & Cleaning Performance
Designed to cope with demanding commercial environments, the container is highly resistant to temperature changes and can be safely used between -40°C and +90°C.
It is also dishwasher safe up to +90°C, making cleaning and maintaining high hygiene standards quick and convenient.
