Made from LDPE plastic, which is food contact safe and very durable. The material is fully compliant with food safety regulations. It’s also a very strong material, which is break resistant to withstand everyday use. Dishwasher safe in temperatures up to +60°C.
Perfect for dividing individual pieces of dough, the half round and half straight shape helps with scooping the needed amounts from larger food containers. Also designed to aid working the dough and scraping leftovers from the containers prior to cleaning.
A handy little utensil for bakeries, pizzerias or any other catering establishment that prepares their own baked goods on premises.
The scrapers are safe to use in temperatures in range of -15°C to +60°C.
