This High Heat Plate is available in white or royal blue colour. Safe to use with temperatures up to 140°C. This means food can be reheated or cooked, directly in oven using this plate, providing it is up to the stated temperature.

It is dishwasher safe and very easy to clean with high stain resistance. It’s also microwave safe for reheating food and hot trolley safe. Designed for use with leading manufacturers’ hot trolley systems. The plates can be stored in freezers for pre-prepared meals, but please note they are not suitable for direct transfer from freezer to the oven.
