Made from a BPA-free and melamine-free high-performance plastic. The Harfield 180°C range is approved for food contact by both EU and FDA standards. Engineered to withstand temperatures from -20°C to +180°C. Suitable for blast chilling and blast freezing, while also offering excellent resistance to sudden temperature changes.
The versatile 180°C collection allows the same product to be used for cooking, microwaving, steaming, serving, storing, as well as freezing. This significantly helps to reduce waste and improve kitchen efficiency. Lightweight yet highly durable, Harfield products are resistant to chipping, and easier to handle compared to traditional alternatives.
