This Eutectic White Plate is a cold accumulator ideal for temperature control of sensitive products in the food and healthcare sectors. It can be used as a cold diffuser for temperature preservation during transportation or storage in containers and fridges. Available in GN size and white colour. Made from high quality and food contact safe HDPE polyethylene. The plates allow to keep the foods in required temperatures for up to 3 hours.
Before using, please position the Eutectic plate horizontally in the freezer for a minimum of 24 hours before use and at a temperature lower than at least 6°C compared to that marked on the plate cap. For optimum performance, please ensure that the liquid inside the plate is completely solid. The high performance liquids in the eutectic plates allow for long cold recovery over time.
Please note that the eutectic plates are not dishwasher safe. We recommend not to expose the plates to temperatures over +50°C and lower than -45°C.
We also offer frozen eutectic plates for use with temperatures down to -21°C (Product Code: 863WHI) as well as a hot eutectic plates for use with temperatures up to +65°C.
The plates are reusable and the outer HDPE casing is 100% recyclable.
