Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY
We strive to keep all of the items featured on this website in stock.  Most UK deliveries are delivered next business day as standard (on orders placed before 2pm).  Orders requiring palletised delivery or booking in etc may take longer - up to three days.  Non-UK delivery will take a few days longer dependent on location and method of despatch and we are unable to guarantee delivery times or dates. 

Please do not hesitate to contact us for specific delivery requirements.

RETURNS
You may return, at your own expense, any unused item in its original condition, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value.

To return any item, please contact our sales office on 0161 477 5678 to advise them of the return.  When you send the merchanise back, please include the delivery note.  Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

Please note, for your peace of mind, Harfield recommend use of a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
