Colours:
We have endeavoured to get the pictures on the web site to as close a match as possible to the actual colours of our products. Unfortunately, due to the vagaries of digital photography, computer graphics, monitor resolutions etc it is impossible for us to guarantee the exact match of the actual product to the colours on the screen.
As a general rule, green, blue, yellow and red are bright shiny colours. Summer blue, grey green and champagne are pastel shades. White and black are gloss not matt. Honey is a deep beige / sandy colour. The trans colours are translucent and therefore can be seen through. The trans blue has a purple tinge to it.
Delivery:
We strive to keep all of the items featured on our website in stock. If all of the products in your shopping basket are marked as "Available for immediate despatch" then you should receive your order within 3-5 days of submitting your order. Overseas delivery may take a few days longer dependent on location and method of despatch – please contact us for anticipated delivery times and cost.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery for an Internet Order is £4.95 (Excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands etc) - Shipped by Business Post. Ideal for home delivery of small orders to minimise carriage costs. Delivery should be made next working day, however this is not a guaranteed service. All orders placed before 12noon GMT (or BST) will be delivered next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
For larger orders delivered to a school, nursery, business etc, delivery will be made by Business Post again on a next working day delivery basis.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times or dates.
If you require your goods to be delivered on a specific day then please contact us by email or phone as soon as you have placed your order.
Although we try to get all our orders despatched on the day of order, this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:
1. Products on Pre-Order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be despatched in the period specified on the website.
2. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your credit card which could delay your order.
Returns:
You may return any unused item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.
To return an item, please include the merchandise with the delivery note. Please allow up to 7 working days for this to be processed.

Defective Items:
If the item is defective, all UK customers please contact Customer Services on 0161 477 5678
Please return the defective item(s) including the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Harfield will refund you the cost of your return shipping charges if you include a receipt.
Shortages or Picking Errors:
Any shortages or picking errors must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order.
