Care & Maintenance of Harfield Tableware
Harfield polycarbonate products will give outstanding service providing the following points are observed:
- Never place the tableware near or on direct heat. For instance, do not put inside, or on, electric or gas cookers. Warming cupboards are usually safe as long as they have no hot spots. Microwaves are also safe as long as the Harfield tableware is only used for reheating and not for cooking.
- Do not use any polycarbonate articles as ashtrays. A burn mark will result (although polycarbonate is self extinguishing).
- All Harfield polycarbonate tableware can be sterilised or autoclaved.
- Washing in hot soapy water should prevent any build up of discolouration. We would be pleased to advise on any technical issue.
DO NOT USE ABRASIVES OF ANY KIND, i.e. SCOURING PADS, SCOURERS etc.
